Society is fraying at the edges. The systems built to catch people when they fall are failing.

 

​These are not simply the complexities of modern life. They are the consequences of how we have chosen to organise society. We have designed this—consciously or not. We have designed all of it.

For more than twenty years, I have worked at these fraying edges, alongside people closest to these complexities and in the most challenging circumstances, cultivating meaningful change through collaboration. I teach this approach, and I write about it too.​​​
