I teach across leading international design schools—including the Royal College of Art, where I oversee the Social Impact Studio; Central Saint Martins; Rhode Island School of Design; KISD; Elisava; Musashino University in Tokyo and The Glasgow School of Art—as well as in pupil referral units in East London, inner-city high schools in West London, correctional facilities on the East Coast of USA and Executive Education across sectors and organisations.

As a Sir Misha Black Award winner for innovation in design education, I bring the same belief to every setting: design education should be practical, engaging and open to everyone.

My approach combines relational pedagogy—learning through trust, conversation and collaboration—with material engagement: thinking through making, drawing, testing and reflection. As a parent who homeschooled, I also understand learning as something personal, everyday and led by curiosity.
